Dr. Bo Woon SOON

 

Jeffrey Soon Bo Woon received his B.Eng. Degree in microelectronics engineering from Liverpool John Moores University, United Kingdom, in 2006. In 2015, He received his Ph.D. degree in electrical and computer engineering from National University of Singapore. Currently he is a senior research engineer in the Department of Microelectromechanical Systems Integration at Institute of Microelectronics, Agency of Science and Technology, A*STAR, Singapore. His research interests include microfabrication technologies, MEMS sensors and actuators.
